On April 7, 8 and 9, Poland reported 6 outbreaks in wild birds and 13 in poultry of H5N1 HPAI in Greater Poland Voivodeship and 2 other locations, resulting in 7 wild birds infected and died, and 749,000 poultry infected, 9,897 deaths, and 49,000 culled.
